PE 500 - polyethylene

HMW-PE – High-molecular-weight polyethylene

PE 500 - polyethylene

PE 500 is a high-molecular-weight low pressure polyethylene (0.5 million g/mol). Widely used in the food and drinks industry, this polyethylene has relatively high wear resistance. Food‑grade materials dyed in compliance with the EURO standard are available for use in chopping boards. In addition, high chemical resistance, high pressure resistance, and zero moisture absorption are special properties of this polyethylene. We deliver PE 500 as plastic sheets.
