Exoblend® MTX (previously Bayblend® MTX)

Exoblend® MTX is a flame retardant blend sheet of PC and ABS, suited to the Railway Interiors Industry. Light and opaque PC/ABS blend meet the EN 45545-2 HL2 regulations for fire behavior (2,5 mm. sheet strength). The material has good impact strength in extensive temperature range. In addition to, the sheet has excellent thermoforming properties and is easy to machine. Exoblend® MTX material can be manufactured in any preferred colour, and it is also available with smooth or texture surface pattern. The material is re-usable. We deliver Exoblend® MTX as plastic sheets.
