Aikolon Oy’s confirmed restructuring program supports a more stable and competitive future

On 23.9.2024, Aikolon Oy filed for corporate restructuring proceedings in order to stabilize the company's business. On Friday, 23 May 2025, we have been informed that the District Court has confirmed Aikolon Oy's restructuring programme.

This decision marks an important milestone in the stabilization and development of our company's operations. During the restructuring procedure, we have taken measures to improve profitability: we have developed production methods, improved quality and material use, changed the organisational structure and updated the company's strategy.

The turnover for the financial year ended in March 2025 was EUR 10.8 million. Eur. Turnover increased by EUR 1.1 million compared to the previous year. The strengthening of the restructuring programme will enable us to focus on improving profitability and developing our service capabilities. Our goal is to continue to be a reliable and long-term partner.
