PE FOAM

Produced with the foaming method, PE foam is considerably lighter than HD-PE. With only a marginal effect on the material’s rigidity, the foaming process results in a product with a considerably lower density and weight. The material’s closed cell structure effectively blocks water absorption, making the product suitable for use in humid conditions. The temperature range suitable for use of this material is -50 °C to 80 °C. The sheet’s surface is embossed to improve its abrasion resistance. The material also is UV‑resistant so it is suitable for outdoor use. We deliver PE FOAM as plastic sheets.
